And that was one promise he kept, Over the years they raised five children in a small two-floor Spanish revival style home located in East L.A. And Mama De Luca swear she'd never leave no matter how dangerous the neighborhood got she refused to leave the place with so many memories of her little ones. So when her children became successful in life and attempted to get her to leave until they settled on a compromise. A few years ago they would renovate the home turning it from a small two-floor home and expanding after buying the abandoned home next door to it to include a garage and other amenities the woman might need.
